"Gerg did an outstanding job helping us buy our house. As a first time home buyer, he was very helpful and always available to help with the house hunting process which can be very challenging. He would write an amazing offer, call the sellers on our behalf and helped us with other resources needed to move into our new home. His was ressaurring when some of our offers were not accepted as with the current market situation, he would always say you will find a better home and a better deal. Which we eventually did."

"Greg was a dream to work with! After our first agent failed to show up for our meeting, Greg was willing to show us a place with extremely short notice and helped us secure our new home on our first try! There were some complications in getting our property but Greg was willing to go above and beyond to get the situation worked out! He was also nothing but responsive and eager to help us settle into our new home. We appreciate his help immensely and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly seeks to work for their client and get the job done even when things get a little complicated!"

"They were very responsive to my requests to see new properties, questions I asked, and I could rely on hearing back quickly from them. They were honest when I asked for their opinions about the homes we went to see. They truly let me form my own opinions. I enjoyed showings with them as they would join me in inspecting each place, and they asked good questions that helped me determine whether or not I wanted to put an offer in."

"Greg is the best realtor we've worked with over the years, and we are so grateful to have met him. As first-time homebuyers in what felt like an impossible market, we were overwhelmed and felt ready to give up after working with multiple previous agents. As soon as we met Greg, we could tell that he truly cared about people and loved his job. He was incredibly patient, hopeful, thorough, and knowledgeable, doing all the research needed to help us quickly find our first house. He’s a great communicator who really does his best to listen to and understand your needs and always found a way to make time for us despite his own schedule and family’s needs. He acknowledged the concerns that we had about the home and helped us find real solutions to make the house—and its large property—what we envisioned for our family. He even took late-night calls after our kids were in bed to walk us through the next steps and explained the terminology in the endless paperwork that we had to sign before settlement. More than that, we never felt like we were a nuisance to him with all the phone calls, texts, and seemingly endless questions we had for him.
